Dr. Richa Mor is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at NIILM University, Kaithal. She holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and M.Sc. in Biotechnology & Molecular Biology from CCSHAU, Hisar. With over seven years of teaching experience and qualifications in CSIR-NET and ASRB-NET, she brings both academic depth and practical insight to her role. Her research interests lie in Molecular Biology, Enzyme Technology and Nanotechnology. Dr. Mor is a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Applied and Behavioral Sciences (IJABS) and actively contributes to the Centre for Professional Development (CPD) at NIILM University. She has played a key role in organizing and participating in various academic events, faculty development programs and workshops, particularly those aligned with the objectives of NEP 2020. Her enduring focus is on nurturing interdisciplinary research frameworks and supporting sustainable development initiatives in higher education.
